Please note that as part of participating in the Vitality in Aging Longitudinal Study of Aging you will be purchasing blood tests from Life Extension and your results will be sent to a third party for processing. Life Extension may use results from blood lab tests and/or clinical research studies for research, informational, and educational purposes from time to time. Any data used for these purposes will be anonymous, and blood test results will not be link with any specific individual. Life Extension will also be providing your blood test results to Vitality in Aging Research Group.

The reason we process this data is to ensure the proper administration of your registration and our Clinical Trials (our legitimate interests).

Any data used for these purposes will be anonymous, and blood test results will not be link with any specific individual. The reason we process this data is to ensure the proper administration of your registration and our Clinical Trials (our legitimate interests). 
Medical and Lifestyle Data: If you consent to participate in a clinical trial you will need to provide certain information to us. The information you supply to us may include your name, your contact details, your medical and lifestyle information, and other study relevant information.  We will process that data in order to conduct our clinical trial with you. This is also our reason for processing the data (our legitimate interest). 
Communication Data: If you communicate with us, we may process the information contained in your communication (for example an email, chat box session, forms, letters, or faxes, etc.).
